| Domain Registration Information: Domain registry fee applies to all new domain registration. If you
are asking for a new domain name to be registered for you, then you would need to add the
appropriate domain registry fee along with your payment. Domain registry fee is
non-refundable, even if you cancel the services before the end of the term. Also,
due to ICANN policy changes at the beginning of 2014, upon your new domain registration, a
verification e-mail will be sent to the registrant email address. The registrant would
need to click the verification link in the e-mail within 15 days to avoid suspension of
domain(s). If you do not receive a verification message within 24 hours following domain
registration, please contact us to have us re-send the verification message. As an
alternative, you could provide updated contact information by clicking the Registrant
Update link in our Domain Support Services site. Also, any changes in Registrant
name or email address field will need to be validated by the registrant through
verification link in a follow-up verification email message.
We also host foreign domain names. If you
would like to register a foreign domain name, then please contact your respective NIC
agency, or ask us and we will be able to help you.
