7: Nameserver Information

service and have purchased hosting from another ISP or web host.
By
default, your domain will be configured for parking or forwarding using the following DNS
servers owned and managed by GlobalFront. The nameservers below are required for
GlobalFront to provide parking, forwarding, or hosting for your domain. If you are signing
up for hosting your domain with another ISP or webhost, then you may enter the nameserver
information provided by your ISP. Please note that your domain will not be accessible with
browsers, if you use any ISP's nameservers without the ISP's configuring your domain for
parking, forwarding or hosting services in appropriate DNS servers. Also, we will use our
nameservers if you specify invalid or inactive nameservers in the following fields.

Web Services is registered in the states of Minnesota and Iowa. If your
billing address is in Iowa or Minnesota, then you would need to add, or authorize
us to add, Minnesota Sales Tax (6.50 percent), Minnesota Local
Sales/Use Taxes (if applicable ), or Iowa Use Tax (5.00 percent) to the
net total for all orders.

Part 9: Authorization and Agreement
If I am ordering services for a new domain, then I understand
the domain will be registered with an ICANN accredited registrar with the registration
information provided by me and will be added to the registry database. I understand that
GlobalFront fees include the domain registry fee, and that the registry fee is
non-refundable.
If I am ordering services
for an existing domain, then I confirm that I am the owner of the domain or I
have been authorized by the owner of the domain to order services for the domain. I
understand that for the domain to use GlobalFront's DNS and forwarding services, I would
need to update my domain's nameservers to ns.global-front.net and ns2.global-front.net
in the domain's current registry database. While GlobalFront might help me with this
update, only the registrant or admin contact for a domain has the authority to update
nameservers with the registrar of the domain.
