How to Ensure that GlobalFront's
Emails will Reach Your Email Inbox

As spam control has become an issue for most users, many email service and email software providers now automatically put incoming messages from unknown senders into your junk, spam or bulk mail folder instead of delivering them in your email inbox. To prevent this from happening to email messages being sent from GlobalFront to your email address, you would need to add and to the your email provider's system.  The following are some guidelines* for you to do that.

Microsoft® Outlook®

  • Please select the email message from
  • Go to the Actions menu.
  • Choose Junk E-mail, then Add Sender's Domain to Safe Sender's List.


  • Please click Mail Options and then select Address Book from the drop-down menu.
  • Click the Add (+) button.
  • Enter the address in the Other E-mail Address box
  • Click Save.


  • Please click Contacts.
  • Select Create Contact.
  • Add "" in the Primary Email field.
  • Click Save.


  • Please click the Options link.
  • Select Contacts.
  • Click the Safe List link.
  • Type "" in the Domain text box.
  • Click Add.


  • Select the e-mail from
  • Click Add to Address Book.
  • Verify that the e-mail address is correct.
  • Click Add to Address Book.

*Note: Please note that your email service provider or software provider may change their interface time to time.  GlobalFront takes no responsibility for failing to verify and update the above information on time. Please always check with the latest instructions provided by your email service provider or software vendor for details and up-to-date information on how to white list a sender to ensure that emails from domain are in your whitelists.
