As spam control has become an issue for most users, many
email service and email software providers now automatically put incoming messages from
unknown senders into your junk, spam or bulk mail folder instead of delivering them in
your email inbox. To prevent this from happening to email messages being sent from
GlobalFront to your email address, you would need to add sales@globalfront.com and
support@globalfront.com to the your email provider's system. The following are some
guidelines* for you to do that. Microsoft® Outlook®
AOL
Gmail
Hotmail
Yahoo!
*Note: Please note that your email service provider or software provider may change their interface time to time. GlobalFront takes no responsibility for failing to verify and update the above information on time. Please always check with the latest instructions provided by your email service provider or software vendor for details and up-to-date information on how to white list a sender to ensure that emails from globalfront.com domain are in your whitelists. If you are not receiving emails from GlobalFront that you were expecting to receive, please check your unk, spam or bulk mail folders provided by your service provider or software vendor, and contact us with a different email address. Thanks. |
