How to Ensure that GlobalFront's
Emails will Reach Your Email Inbox

As spam control has become an issue for most users, many email service and email software providers now automatically put incoming messages from unknown senders into your junk, spam or bulk mail folder instead of delivering them in your email inbox. To prevent this from happening to email messages being sent from GlobalFront to your email address, you would need to add sales@globalfront.com and support@globalfront.com to the address book in your e-mail program. The following are some guidelines* for you to do that.

Microsoft® Outlook®

  • Please select the email message from globalfront.com.
  • Go to the Actions menu.
  • Choose Junk E-mail, then Add Sender's Domain to Safe Sender's List.

AOL

  • Please click Mail Options and then select Address Book from the drop-down menu.
  • Click the Add (+) button.
  • Enter the globalfront.com address in the Other E-mail Address box
  • Click Save.

Gmail

  • Please click Contacts.
  • Select Create Contact.
  • Add "@globalfront.com" in the Primary Email field.
  • Click Save.

Hotmail

  • Please click the Options link.
  • Select Contacts.
  • Click the Safe List link.
  • Type "globalfront.com" in the Domain text box.
  • Click Add.

Yahoo!

  • Select the e-mail from globalfront.com
  • Click Add to Address Book.
  • Verify that the e-mail address is correct.
  • Click Add to Address Book.

*Note: Please note that your email service or software provider may change their interface time to time.  GlobalFront takes no responsibility for failing to verify and update the above information on time. Please always check with the instructions provided by your email service provider or software provider for details and up-to-date information. Thanks!
